Paula August

Paula is a very experienced and accomplished executive assistant who works for senior executives at the highest levels. Paula worked at KPMG supporting the UK, EMA and Global Chair and continued to support him at BT on his appointment as Chairman. She then worked for his successor at BT. As such she is skilled in working across sensitive commercial and government projects and has the highest level of professional and personal integrity. Having now left the commercial world she is an independent executive assistant. She provides support for senior executives managing complex lives but not requiring full time support, tailoring provision of support levels to the requirements of individual clients.

Julie Muirhead

A highly professional, proactive EA / VA with over 25 years experience at senior level; Julie also has experience in  executive search having been involved in search for over 10 years.  She started her career at The Economist, supporting the Chief Executive before moving on to the BBC.  She now concentrates on virtual support and is proficient in spinning several plates at once.  He discretion and integrity are unparalleled.

Jessica Satur-Fisher

Experienced EA / VA having worked at CEO and Board level in London for 13 years. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly manner with a proven understanding of the importance of integrity and discretion. After spending 14 years working for a COO, then CEO and Chairman of a major utility company I now work as a VA supporting clients including a sustainable energy company, a restaurant chain, business owners in the UK and Europe.

Melanie Tremain

Mel is an established marketing VA with many years proficiency in supporting businesses with all aspects of marketing support. She has a huge amount of experience working with various digital and social marketing systems across a broad range of organisations.  Mel can also turn her hand to website design and management.
