Paula is a very experienced and accomplished executive assistant who works for senior executives at the highest levels. Paula worked at KPMG supporting the UK, EMA and Global Chair and continued to support him at BT on his appointment as Chairman. She then worked for his successor at BT. As such she is skilled in working across sensitive commercial and government projects and has the highest level of professional and personal integrity. Having now left the commercial world she is an independent executive assistant. She provides support for senior executives managing complex lives but not requiring full time support, tailoring provision of support levels to the requirements of individual clients.

A highly professional, proactive EA / VA with over 25 years experience at senior level; Julie also has experience in executive search having been involved in search for over 10 years. She started her career at The Economist, supporting the Chief Executive before moving on to the BBC. She now concentrates on virtual support and is proficient in spinning several plates at once. After spending 14 years working for a COO, then CEO and Chairman of a major utility company I now work as a VA supporting clients including a sustainable energy company, a restaurant chain, business owners in the UK and Europe.

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in business support, working for firms such as EY, PwC and Legal & General, the last ten years of which have been at Board / C-Suite level. She is used to working at pace, with efficiency and to the highest standard. Her experience with drafting reports and presentations means she has a keen eye for detail and is comfortable proof-reading and editing large documents. Fiona can turn her hand to any task and has become quite an expert in the field of AI.
